I set my focus on the needs of people who are going through change processes, choosing and inclusive setting to pick up and support people in their personal development. These are important factors that determine success and failure in transformation projects.

I started my career in the training and further education of a medium-sized IT service provider.

In the course of the Human Resources value chain, I subsequently "learned from the start" and constantly improved during my career.

This sound and solid basis supported me in being a human resources manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and later all across Europe and in being responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy within an international pharmaceutical company, the organization and with the help of strategic "flagship projects" to make a measurable and targeted contribution to the overall company success.

I am now able to share these experiences, my knowledge and commitment within organizations in Health Care companies as a freelance consultant and interim manager. In addition I consult and advise people in their further development as a mentor, a sparing-partner at eye level.
